Shikera Purifoy Has been cleaning since she was little. As a kid, she watched her grandmother clean for clients and my mother for a hospital for over 27 years. Shikera has always felt Cleaning was Therapeutic Therefore, after being laid off in 2017, she started Kera Cleaning services. Meanwhile, my mother thought it was a stupid idea since I’m a single mother for two. My mother told me to get a job. Shikera put her faith on the line and God did The rest. It was definitely a prayer and trusting process. After getting my first client, six months after I started the cleaning business, I knew faith was possible as long as I stay focused, determine consistent and persistent. My faith was tested before starting the business I ended up moving back home with my mother, losing my car and with only $88 to my name.
